We built DealVue because fundraising shouldn't feel like chaos. Every feature exists to help founders show up prepared, look professional, and move faster — when it matters most.
Fundraising is already one of the hardest things a founder does. It shouldn't be harder because of the tools they're using. We built DealVue for the founders who are ready to raise, but weren't handed a playbook for how to do it professionally. Every feature, every design decision, every line of security infrastructure exists to close that gap.
When a founder shares their deal room, they're not just sending files. They're putting their credibility on the line. We think that moment deserves better than a Google Drive link and a prayer. It deserves a platform that makes them look prepared, keeps their information protected, and tells them exactly how investors are engaging so they can follow up with confidence instead of guessing in the dark.
That's what we're building toward: a world where the tools founders rely on are as serious as the work they're doing. Calm over chaos. Clarity over confusion. And a product that quietly does its job so founders can focus on theirs.

DealVue started with a pattern I kept seeing. Founders were losing deals — not because their company wasn't ready, but because their materials weren't. The scramble after a promising pitch. The Google Drive folder sent with "let me know if you have trouble accessing." The anxiety of not knowing if an investor even opened what you sent.
The tools available forced a painful choice: use something simple enough to actually set up, or something enterprise enough to actually trust. At the exact moments when clarity and confidence mattered most, the available options either added friction or introduced risk.
DealVue was built to close that gap. Not another file-sharing tool — a platform that guides founders through the diligence process, helps them understand what investors need to see, and gives them a professional, secure way to present it.
"The goal was never to build features. It was to make high-stakes moments feel manageable."
Every person on this team has felt the friction of raising capital or supporting someone who was. That's why the product is what it is.
