For founders, this tradeoff is exhausting. Preparing for fundraising, diligence, or board conversations already comes with enough pressure. Scrambling to organize documents, worrying about access control, or wondering whether investors even reviewed the materials only adds unnecessary stress.

Our founder, Tim Wolter, experienced this firsthand while building and supporting growing businesses. Across industries, the same problem surfaced repeatedly. Sensitive information was being shared through generic tools that offered little control or insight, while enterprise-grade solutions demanded time, cost, and expertise that early teams simply did not have.

DealVue was built to close that gap.
