User Data Deletion Instructions

At DealVue Inc. ("DealVue," "we," "us," or "our"), including our growth marketing and analytics platforms operating at dealvue.io and growth.dealvue.io ("Growth DealVue"), we respect your right to control your personal data. In accordance with Meta Platform Policies, LinkedIn API Terms, X (Twitter) Developer Policies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and global privacy standards, this page provides clear, step-by-step instructions on how you can request the permanent deletion of your data, revoke app permissions, and manage third-party social integrations.

1. Method 1: Automated Deletion via Social Platform Settings (Self-Service)

If you connected a third-party social media platform (such as Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X) to DealVue or Growth DealVue, you can revoke our access and trigger deletion directly from within your social media account settings:

A. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Data Deletion

1. Log in to your Facebook profile on a desktop or mobile browser.
2. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select Settings & privacy > Settings.
3. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Your information and permissions (or Permissions) and click on Apps and websites.
4. Locate Growth DealVue or DealVue in your list of connected applications.
5. Click the Remove button next to the application name.
6. In the confirmation pop-up window, check the box if prompted to delete posts, videos, or events published on your behalf, and click Remove.
7. Optional Confirmation Tracking: After removal, click View removed apps and websites, find Growth DealVue, and click Send request to generate a confirmation tracking code verifying that DealVue has been formally instructed to erase all associated user data received from Meta.

B. LinkedIn Data Deletion

1. Log in to your LinkedIn account.
2. Click your profile icon (Me) at the top of the homepage and select Settings & Privacy.
3. In the left-hand navigation, click Data privacy.
4. Under the Other applications section, select Permitted services.
5. Locate DealVue or Growth DealVue and click Remove.

C. X (formerly Twitter) Data Deletion

1. Log in to your X (Twitter) account.
2. Click More in the navigation sidebar, then choose Settings and privacy.
3. Select Security and account access, then click Apps and sessions > Connected apps.
4. Select Growth DealVue or DealVue from the list.
5. Click Revoke app permissions to immediately invalidate all OAuth access tokens.

2. Method 2: In-App Integration Disconnect via Growth DealVue

If you have access to your Growth DealVue dashboard:

1. Navigate to growth.dealvue.io and log in to your account.
2. Go to Settings > Connected Integrations (or Social Accounts).
3. Locate the connected provider (Meta Pages, Instagram Business, LinkedIn Organization, or X Developer integration).
4. Click Disconnect & Purge Data.
5. Confirm the action. This immediately destroys the AES-256-GCM encrypted OAuth tokens and prunes all cached social performance metrics associated with that channel.

3. Method 3: Direct Email Request to DealVue Privacy Team

You may also contact our Privacy Team directly at any time to request complete data erasure across all DealVue systems (including deal rooms, cap tables, and growth automation):

To ensure data security and prevent fraudulent deletion requests, please include the following details in your email:

• The primary email address associated with your DealVue or Growth DealVue account.
• The names or IDs of any third-party accounts connected (e.g., Facebook User/Page ID, Instagram Handle, LinkedIn Company URL, or X Handle).
• Whether you wish to delete only connected social media integration data or your entire DealVue account and data room contents.

Our Privacy Officer will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours and will complete the permanent purge within 30 calendar days. You will receive an official deletion confirmation receipt upon completion.

4. What Data Is Deleted Upon Request?

When a data deletion request is processed for DealVue or Growth DealVue, our automated systems permanently erase:

• OAuth Access & Refresh Tokens: All stored application tokens and signing secrets are permanently scrubbed from our encrypted databases.
• Account Identifiers: Your external user IDs, profile names, profile image URLs, and account IDs provided by Meta, LinkedIn, or X.
• Content & Drafts: Unsent social drafts, scheduled campaigns, AI-generated copy, and uploaded marketing creative assets.
• Cached Metrics & Analytics: Historical post impressions, reach statistics, click counts, and engagement telemetry synced from third-party APIs.
• Lead Records: Contact and form submissions collected via connected platform lead ads or landing forms, unless previously exported by you.
• Full Account Deletion: If you request complete account deletion, all virtual data rooms, uploaded diligence documents (pitch decks, financial models, cap tables), team member permissions, and audit logs are securely expunged in accordance with our retention policy.

5. Data Retention Exceptions

In strict accordance with applicable law, DealVue will retain only such records as are legally required for compliance with statutory financial reporting, tax obligations, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention (such as billing transaction receipts). Any retained transaction records are isolated from active operational environments and remain encrypted under strict access controls.
